The pressure is not going away. But your relationship with it can change.

Most professionals are not struggling because they are weak or undisciplined. They are struggling because no one has given them the right tools — for burnout, for stress, for distraction, for the relentless blurring of work and rest.

Calm Under Pressure brings together five evidence-based courses that address the most common sources of professional depletion — from recognising burnout early and understanding the science behind it, to reframing stress, reclaiming focus, and building a more sustainable relationship with work and rest.

What you will gain

  • A grounded understanding of burnout from two complementary angles — recognising the signs and beginning recovery, and understanding the structural habits that prevent it from returning
  • Practical tools for managing your energy, attention, and boundaries — drawn from four distinct but connected areas of professional wellbeing
  • A more sustainable approach to working life — one that reduces depletion without requiring you to step back from the things that matter to you
  • Four self-paced courses you can work through in any order, at any pace, returning to whichever one is most relevant to where you are right now

Who this is for

Professionals who recognise that something needs to change but are not sure where to start.

People who have tried to manage stress, inbox, and boundaries individually — and found that addressing one thing at a time is never quite enough.

Anyone who wants a coherent, calm approach to the full picture of sustainable professional life.

Who this is NOT for

This collection is not for you if you are looking for a quick productivity system or a rigid daily routine. These courses are about building a more sustainable relationship with work — not optimising every hour of it.

What's Inside

5 courses · Self-paced · Work through them in any order

How this Works

This is a collection of five self-paced courses. There are no deadlines, no live sessions, and no pressure to follow a set sequence.

Work through them in any order that suits your current situation — start with burnout if that feels most urgent, begin with focus if that is where the pressure is landing right now, or work through the burnout courses back to back for the most complete picture of prevention and recovery.

Most learners complete each course in one to two weeks, spending around 20–30 minutes per session.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

When you are ready to work — and rest — in a way that actually holds, this is where to start.

Frequently asked questions

Will I have permanent access after purchasing?

Yes. Once enrolled, you can return to the course at any time through your EIA account. There is no access deadline.

How long will this course take?

Most learners complete it in one to two weeks at a comfortable pace — around 20–30 minutes per session. There is no time pressure; work through it at the speed that suits you.

Can I get a refund if the course is not right for me?

Yes. If you feel the course is not a good fit, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will arrange a full refund.

Do I need to complete all five courses?

Not at all. Each course stands on its own and can be taken in any order. The two burnout courses complement each other particularly well — Finding Your Way Through Burnout helps you recognise the signs and begin recovery, while Breaking Free from Burnout builds the structural habits that prevent it returning. But you can start anywhere and return to whichever course is most relevant to where you are right now.
